What is your return policy?

Nate's Plates does not accept returns. All sales are final.

What is your exchange policy?

Nate's Plates only offers exchanges, no refunds. If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange ONLY after three days of receiving the item. Each order is packaged with love & care, but unfortunately things do get tossed around during the shipment process. 

What if my product is damaged/defective?

If you receive your order and it is damaged/defective please email us at sales@natesplates1. Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days to resolve the issue. 

What if I thought the appearance of my item was going to be different?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Please review the item's description before purchase.

 

Q. How long does shipping take.

Shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days. (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times)

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
Every purchase is a final sale.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at customerservice@thenatesplates1.com, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. 

We do not accept any open products for unsanitary reasons.

Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. 

Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS ONLY.

Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender? 

Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
